OVERVIEW
We create books and videos specifically for individuals with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia, their carers, relatives and friends.

They encourage group discussion and are therefore valuable for screening to ME/CFS/FM Support Groups.

Their purpose is to promote healing in people with ME/CFS/FM.

 They have a spiritual element but are neither didactic nor authoritarian, are strictly non-denominational and transcend religious boundaries.

They are available for purchase online on this website (quickest and cheapest method), or by post or from your bookshop (including the videos).

Our videos are distributed world-wide in the form of VHS Cassettes and DVDs, in both PAL (UK etc) and NTSC (USA etc) formats.

'Yoga - A Brief Demonstration'
