SYNOPSIS
A 100% organic diet is the first and most important step on the road to improvement
for people with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Post Viral Syndrome and Fibromyalgia.

In the Bible, Jesus is quote as teaching: "Take no thought for what ye shall eat . . . " (Lu.12:22 - my underlining). Does this mean that I must not think about having my breakfast in the morning? Certainly not! It means that eating a pure and simple diet and not thinking too much about my food. It means not wasting time and energy indulging in frequent lavish or elaborately prepared meals. This is not a policy of austere self-denial.

Moderation in all things! Jesus himself went to a wedding feast and turned water into wine when the latter ran out!.
 
My belief about this matter has been amply confirmed by my personal experience. A pure, simple, easily prepared 100% organic diet has been a prime factor in bringing my ME under control. It keeps me healthy today.
 
Of course, it is still necessary to be cautious about the possibility of food allergies or sensitivities.
